(AKA Simon Learman) Exec Creative Director
Simon heads up our talented team of creatives who form the bedrock of our agency. He has a wealth of industry experience having created highly effective and award-winning campaigns across every platform for brands such as Guinness, VW, Heinz, American Airlines, MasterCard, X-Box and the London 2012 Olympic Games (LOCOG).
He has worked at DDB, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy and McCann London where he was ECD for six years during its most successful period. Most recently, Simon was International Creative Director at adam & eve/DDB.
Simon’s presence at Fold 7 shows our determination to place creative excellence at the heart of our business. Forever an optimist (he does support Leeds United) and generous with his time, you won’t find anyone more passionate about the development of creativity. To that end, Simon has served on the D&AD Executive Committee twice and judged creative awards on many occasions. He was also Chair of the 2011 Black Pencil jury.
Simon still wants to win a D&AD Black Pencil to add to his already substantial trophy cabinet. But most of all wants to create work that makes brands loved.
DANISH WAY: Simon is living on a diet of Herring for the month, we believe it could turn his silver locks into Nordic blonde curls. Watch this space.
