THE SCENE

With Black Friday on the horizon, Doddle identified a big opportunity to position its simple ‘click and collect’ model front of consumers’ minds. Our response to this was an online film to rattle the frenzy-filled set up, giving shoppers a clear reason to choose the purple parcel people.

INTO THE FOLD

Offering the perfect panacea, our online film juxtaposes the mass hysteria of Black Friday with the serenity of Doddle store environments. Customers are shown visiting stores, avoiding queues and collecting their parcels with ease – turning what might have turned out to be shopping hell, into shopping heaven. The film was accompanied by a series of print ads and in-store vinyls, which lived across Doddle stores nationwide.

THE IMPACT

With over 305,000 views to date and counting, the film demonstrates Doddle’s mission to shake up the parcel industry. The work also featured in The Drum and Little Black Book with a notable mention in Campaign’s round of Black Friday ads.
