and interesting backgrounds. We're only 80 people but we've
lived twice as many lives.

Ryan Newey
Ryan has been a driving force in brand communications for over two decades. He started Fold7 whilst shaping our founding client, Ted Baker. Success quickly followed, adding brands such as Orange, Nike and Carlsberg. Since those early days Ryan has led the charge with UK and Global clients and has overseen Fold7's impressive growth.

Ryan’s entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and principles continue to inspire our ‘can do’ attitude and drive for business-transforming ideas.

Dave Billing
Dave heads up the creative department at Fold7, responsible for delivering the brilliant brand and communications creative across all clients. Before Fold7, Dave’s 25-year career in the creative industries has seen him working as a music producer and songwriter, and as a creative director for giants like Playstation, Universal and 20th Century Fox. He founded Above+Beyond in 2012 before exiting in 2020.

Dave has worked for some of the world’s biggest brands including Subway, Amazon, Sony, Carlsberg, Rightmove and Audible.

Marc Nohr
Marc is Fold7's Chairman, driving the brand to be a destination for clients and talent who share our creative ambition.

Formerly the Founder and CEO of Kitcatt Nohr, Marc has made a significant contribution to the wider marketing industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

He's also an investor in several technology start-ups and the Chairman of the charity and arts venue, JW3.

Will Dalton
Will joined Fold7 in May 2022 where his work has spanned PZ Cussons, Talisker, IWG & Carlsberg UK.

He started his professional life as a journalist before working as a copywriter, creative lead and content strategist during an eight-year spell at digital agency, Zone.

His soft spot for Latin America led to spells working in Buenos Aires and Medellin.

Ben Pilgrim
Ben leads our consulting team for Foldable, giving clients a clear, commercial vision for digital.

Ben is a digital and customer experience strategist with a career spanning CRM and ecomm, robotic process automation and voice. With a background in innovation and consultancy, Ben is interested in how organisations can evolve through digital processes, services and tools. He's worked across insurance with Aviva, with banking clients like Lloyds, as well as Greene King, BMW, Under Armour and Richemont.

Maggie Roberts
Maggie is our Head of Creative Services, leading a team of project managers who cover all our accounts. She brings a wealth of experience from roles at Havas, Ogilvy, TBWA, and Draftfcb, where she has worked with brands such as Peugeot, Dove, Playstation, and Mars. She also established Project Management departments at Draftfcb Hamburg and One Unilever in London.

Maggie has also spent time in Amsterdam and Paris, where she used to teach English.

James Joice
James heads up the agency day-to-day and drives the growth of our staff and clients.

Before joining Fold7, he worked as Client Service Director at Leo Burnett, leading the McDonald’s account and helping the UK business achieve record growth by creating award-winning work.

Prior to that, he worked as Business Development Director at global design agency JKR, as well as ten years at M&C Saatchi where he started as a graduate.

Jaz Dulai
Jaz heads up the finance department at Fold7.

Before joining the Fold in 2015 she helped various creative agencies build and grow their businesses, including Frank PR, The Good Agency and Experience Worldwide.

Time outside of work is spent raising her two boys and her burning ambition is to travel far and wide across the globe, tasting the world as she goes.

Hannah spearheads the company’s growth strategy ensuring we are set up to deliver on the needs of our clients and prospective clients and effectively communicating our core value proposition.

Prior to joining Fold7, Hannah held senior roles at global technology company CI&T, and independent communications group Engine (now part of Next15). Hannah also spent 3 years at intermediary and consultancy Oystercatchers, working alongside the partners to run multidisciplinary pitches.

Tom Munckton
Tom heads up our design arm, Fold7Design. He is a multi-disciplinary creative director, designer, and art director. He joined Fold7 in 2022, bringing 15 years of experience from across the creative industry, including roles at Mother and Design Studio. He's worked on projects for Google Weblab, Virgin Atlantic, the British Council, Mondelez, Gucci, BBC Studios and D&AD.

Tom's passion for design extends beyond the office — he spends his spare time curating a collection of mid-century furniture.

Tom Munckton

Head of Design

Andrew launched Hyperactive in 2016, connecting brands and audiences at the beating heart of culture. The agency works with adidas, Kylie Jenner Cosmetics, Eurostar, Rimmel London, Carlsberg and Beats by Dre on experiential, social, content, influencer collabs and PR.

He has more than 20 years' experience activating world-famous brands in and around culture and was formerly the managing partner at Cake.

Head of Brand Experience & CEO/Founder of Hyperactive

Michelle Hickey
Heading up our Film, Video, and Content Production department, Michelle brings extensive experience in working with globally renowned brands. With a background as a Senior Producer at Leo Burnett and as the acting Head of TV at Havas Worldwide London, she has successfully spearheaded campaigns for McDonald’s, NSPCC, Timberland, Dyson, and Nationwide.

Michelle and her team like to keep their sense of humour, and she is known for her occasional accent-switching talents.

Yelena Gaufman
Yelena heads up Fold7’s strategic department, responsible for developing brand and communication strategies for global and UK brands.

Originally from NYC, Yelena moved to London in 2010 with Havas to take on the role as Group Global Planning Director across the Reckitt Benckiser brand portfolio before being promoted to Head of Planning.

A former drama student, Yelena's long-held ambition is to become a talk show host.

Maz Connolly
Marian leads the People department and has the wonderful task of bringing out the very best in our talent and driving the agency’s people and talent agenda.

Before joining the Fold, she held positions at ?What If! Innovation, OMD and BBH, in talent and culture roles – coaching some of the industry’s most respected talent.

As well as harbouring a deep fondness for apostrophes, Marian also has a love of fonts, the radio and Bill Bailey’s comedy.

Chhaya Kapila
Chhaya leads the digital strategy at Fold7. Before Fold7 she led the digital and creative strategy for the relaunch of The Body Shop and devised the five-year digital strategy for Guide Dogs to engage a new generation of supporters.

Chhaya has many years of experience in digital strategy and consultancy working across a range of sectors. She has helped businesses connect to their audiences by being tactical, agile and human. She loves to work with brands who make a difference in the world.

Derek Morgans
Derek is a founding Partner of Foldable, our specialist Digital Product Studio.

Before joining Fold7 Derek worked across Digital Planning, Product, Consulting and Delivery for over 15 years. He's a strong believer in the value of breaking down departmental or organisational divides in the pursuit of delivering transformative projects.

He’s led digital projects for RBS/NatWest, American Express, Argos and Carlsberg and a host of other well-known brands.

Lizzie Clayton
Lizzie is responsible for growing the reputation of Fold7 and generating new business. She joined the Fold in 2017, and as part of her efforts has welcomed clients such as Capital One, PZ Cussons, Somersby, Mettle, and Visit Denmark to the Fold.

With over ten years’ experience in Advertising, Lizzie’s background is in Client Services. Starting out at Leo Burnett on Kellogg’s and McDonald’s accounts, she swapped cereals and burgers for drinks at The Corner, where she was Business Director.
