About us:

Fold7 is an independent, creative company that has built its reputation by growing evolving and emerging brands.

Our vision is to gather an extraordinary bunch of trailblazers who want to make outstanding work with ambitious clients such as Carlsberg Group, Amazon/Audible, Capital One, PZ Cussons, NatWest/Mettle, Kallo and CoppaFeel!

Whilst we have consistently delivered acclaimed social output across campaigns over the past decade, we are experiencing a rising demand for social and digitally led projects from existing and brand-new clients. We have recently invested in industry-leading talent across digital innovation, strategy, social creative and production.

From the minute you walk into the agency, people notice the warm welcome and the sense of feeling like home. Add to that the beautiful architecture and thoughtful curation of our building, and we have a wonderful place to create great work for our clients and enjoy the time we spend with one another.

Fold7 works a hybrid working model where some days can be worked from home, and others from our offices in London EC1. Our current working pattern is Tuesday – Thursday in the office and Mondays and Fridays working from anywhere.

What sort of character thrives at Fold7?

Fold7 is an entrepreneurial creative culture that’s ideal for self-starters. We love people who spot hidden potential and unlock missed opportunity; we believe that at least 20% of the time we should be creating ideas that haven’t arisen from a client brief.

Someone who’s empathetic and remembers that their clients and their colleagues are only human. Someone with a sense of humour, play and mischief, and can channel this into their creativity. Someone who’s tenacious, persistent, always able to go the extra mile and keep digging until they get to their best work. Those sorts of characters will find ‘The Fold’ a happy home where they’ll make their best work, and have a lot of fun on the way.

Wellbeing

We are committed to conscious inclusion that creates an ethos of connection, belonging and shared purpose. We open our doors to others who share our values. We think about our people holistically and know the value of bringing our whole selves to work. It is why we developed a well-being programme, not just for our physical health but also for our mental wellbeing.

Doing work at the level we deliver is exhilarating. It is also demanding and requires every ounce of creativity, ambition and skill. With this in mind, we avoid meetings in the diary between 1-2PM, and encourage no emails after 8PM and before 8AM. Our generosity island, in the heart of the agency, is where Foldsters leave post-holiday gifts and home-baked goods for us all to share. It’s also used for light- hearted fun to break up the working day. We use our upstairs bar / café for quiet working in the day, or pub quiz nights, pre-party games and challenges. Drinks every Thursday at 5pm in the bar signals the end of our working days in the agency before our Fridays working from anywhere, with the occasional FlipCup challenges and Carlsberg on tap.

We organise a quarterly Book Club and offer Tate and The Design Museum memberships to employees. When life is so busy, how about yoga lunchtime classes in the agency. We work with a qualified practitioner and cover the cost, so that all energy is focussed on your well-being. If yoga isn’t your thing, then starting the day with a kick-boxing class might be the answer.

Fold7 operates a hybrid working model where some days can be worked from home, and others from our studios in London EC1. Our current model has the agency open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and working remotely Monday and Friday.
