The context
There’s a broad mistrust of the credit industry. That’s why we were tasked with continuing to build Capital One UK’s reputation as the “only purpose-led banking brand”. Because with their credit cards, there are no nasty surprises.
The opportunity
When you don’t check before you commit to something, you can end up in a pickle. So we wanted to make it clear that Capital One UK keeps things transparent and That’s One Good Thing.
