This is a three-year contract for us, as the client looks to give greater meaning to its brand purpose. It follows a competitive four-way pitch.
Having launched in the UK in 1996, Capital One has been at the forefront of customer-first thinking. The business prides itself on bringing simplicity and humanity to credit cards, evidenced by their 5-Star Fairer Finance accreditation for their Classic credit card. It was the first credit card company to guarantee a ‘yes or no’ in the market, before applying which helps protect consumer credit ratings.
